She has served as a judge in Britain's Got Talent, an ITV talent competition since 2007. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on Monday mornings. Holden was born in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent the majority of her early years in Bishop's Waltham. At nine she was a member of the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden has also appeared in TV in three seasons of Kiss Me Kate, starring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham. Holden was also participant in three ITV series The Grimleys and Celeb with Harry Enfield episodes. A Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple episode "4.50 From Paddington" which starred Geraldine McEwan and John Hannah. He co-starred with Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Along with Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell, Holden is a judge on Britain's Got Talent. She joined the show in 2006.
